INTRODUCTION
Yeshiva University provides this information to each loan borrower to fulfill the requirements for an entrance and exit interview. In addition to receiving this booklet, each borrower is required to participate in an entrance interview upon receipt of their first loan at Yeshiva University and an exit interview when they graduate, withdraw or fall below six credits from the University. To complete the entrance or exit interview, the student must complete the entrance or exit interview information sheet, sign both sides and return to the Office of Student Finance. In the case of Perkins and Stafford loans, this is a Federal Government Requirement. In the case of Yeshiva, Cardozo or other privately funded loans, it is a University requirement that each student must attach a copy of their social security card and drivers license to the entrance interview forms.
The entrance and exit loan interview and this booklet are intended to inform you of your consumer rights and responsibilities so you may fulfill your legal loan repayment obligations in a responsible manner.
